OUR COACHING STANDARDS

Every Licensed LifeSpider Coach™ is trained in the LifeSpider System™ and committed to the same standards of ethics, care, and quality. This is what you can expect when you work with any of them.

Honesty and Respect

Your coach meets you with honesty, respect, and without judgment. Harassment, discrimination, and exploitation have no place in our work, and healthy boundaries are part of every coaching relationship.

What LifeSpider Coaching Is, and Isn’t

LifeSpider™ is a multidimensional activation system. It is not therapy, and it is not medical, legal, or financial advice. When your needs go beyond coaching, your coach will refer you to a qualified professional. In a crisis, please contact local emergency services right away.

Your Privacy

• Your coach asks for your consent before coaching begins and before any session is recorded.
• Session notes and personal information are stored securely and shared only with your permission, or when the law requires it.
• Your story is never shared publicly, in marketing, on social media, or as a testimonial, without your written consent.
• Records are kept only as long as required and then deleted safely.

Responsible Use of AI

AI is part of how we work, and we’re open about it.

• Your coach tells you when AI tools are used in preparing for or following up on your sessions.
• Personal or sensitive information is never entered into AI tools without your consent and appropriate privacy protection.
• AI output is always reviewed by your coach for accuracy, ethics, and relevance to you.

About WeirdNavigator

WeirdNavigator is an AI guide built on the LifeSpider System™ that runs inside ChatGPT, OpenAI’s app.

• To use WeirdNavigator, you’ll need your own ChatGPT account. A free account works, though OpenAI limits how much free accounts can use it.
• Your conversations with WeirdNavigator stay in your own ChatGPT account. They are not stored on our servers.
• We cannot read your conversations or see how or when you use WeirdNavigator. Neither can your coach.
• Your conversations are covered by OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy. In your ChatGPT settings, you can choose whether your conversations may be used to improve OpenAI’s models, and you can delete your history at any time.
• If you want to share something from WeirdNavigator with your coach, that’s always your choice.

Clear Agreements

Before you begin, you’ll receive a clear agreement covering scope, fees, cancellation, confidentiality, and how your data is handled. Your coach also confirms time zones, accessibility needs, and how you prefer to communicate. Payments follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Honest Expectations

Your coach sets realistic expectations and never promises specific results. Every LifeSpider unfolds in its own way. What we do guarantee is a full refund if the first session doesn’t feel right, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Transparent Recommendations

Your coach will never pressure you into additional services. If something else might help you, you’ll hear why, and the choice is always yours.

Inclusive and Accessible

We welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and ways of thinking. Because all our coaching happens online, we can adapt how it happens to what works for you:

• Camera on or off, whichever helps you think and feel at ease
• Live captions during sessions
• A short written summary after each session, so nothing depends on memory alone
• Breaks whenever you need them, and room for your own pace
• Your choice of how we stay in touch between sessions: email, written messages, or voice
• Session recordings to revisit, if you’d like them and everyone in the session agrees

Just tell your coach what you need. You don’t have to explain why.

Ongoing Quality

Licensed LifeSpider Coaches™ keep their license current, take part in continuing education and peer supervision, and regularly ask for your feedback.

Completing Your Process

When your coaching journey ends, your coach offers closure, reflection, and, where helpful, referrals for what comes next.
