Our Promise
We want everyone in a LifeSpider™ process to be there because it feels right. If it doesn’t, we’d rather return your money than keep it. And because life shifts, we’ve made room for that, too.
Your Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from any purchase within 14 days, as long as the service hasn’t begun. You’ll receive a full refund.
If you choose to start before the 14 days have passed, for example by attending your first session, your right of withdrawal ends when the service begins. You’re still covered by our first-session guarantee below.
The Web
- Your first 30 days are free. No payment details are needed, and nothing renews automatically.
- Monthly membership: cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
- Yearly membership: you can withdraw within 14 days of payment for a full refund. After that, you keep access until the end of your year.
Activate Your LifeSpider™
- Before your first session: full refund.
- First-session guarantee: if the program doesn’t feel right after your first session, let us know within 7 days and you’ll receive a full refund.
- Your 8 sessions: you choose which open group sessions to join and use your 8 sessions within 6 months of your first session. Unused sessions expire after 6 months and are not refunded.
- Booked sessions: groups are limited to 4, so a booked place is held just for you. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance and the session stays available to you. If you don’t attend without cancelling, the session counts as used.
- After that: payments are not refunded, and any remaining payments on a payment plan are still due.
- When life shifts: if a Support Leg needs your attention, through illness, a loss, a new child, or another major change, you can pause your 6 months and continue within 12 months.
One-on-One Coaching
- Before your first session: full refund.
- First-session guarantee: if the fit with your coach isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of your first session. You can switch to another Licensed LifeSpider Coach™ or receive a full refund.
- After that: sessions are not refunded. A session missed without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance counts as used.
- When life shifts: you can pause your sessions in agreement with your coach.
- Individual coaches may offer more generous terms, but never less than this.
How to Request a Refund or Pause
Email us at [email address] with your name and the program you’ve purchased. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
