1. Who We Are

These websites, lifespider.com and lifespideracademy.com, are operated by LifeSpider Academy LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to LifeSpider Academy LLC. “You” refers to anyone who visits the site or uses our services.

2. Accepting These Terms

By using this site or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our [Refund & Cancellation Policy], our [Privacy Policy], and [Our Coaching Standards]. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase our services.

3. Our Services

we offer:

  • The Web: our online community, including a limited version of WeirdNavigator and Activation Calls
  • Activate Your LifeSpider™: our guided activation process, available as both a self-guided path and a group coaching program led by Licensed LifeSpider Coaches™
  • One-on-one coaching with Licensed LifeSpider Coaches™
  • Self-Leadership Coach Training: a certifying training program
  • LifeSpider Coach Training: a certifying training program that leads to a license to work as a Licensed LifeSpider Coach™
  • Assessments, educational content, and other materials related to the LifeSpider System™

One-on-one coaching is provided by independent Licensed LifeSpider Coaches™. When you book one-on-one coaching, your agreement, including payment, cancellation, and refunds, is directly with your coach. Every coach is bound by Our Coaching Standards and must offer at least the terms described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Not Therapy or Professional Advice

LifeSpider™ is a multidimensional activation system. It is not therapy, and it is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Our coaches, programs, and AI tools do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need professional support, please contact a qualified professional. In a crisis, contact local emergency services right away.

5. WeirdNavigator and AI

WeirdNavigator is an AI guide built on the LifeSpider System™ that runs inside ChatGPT, a service provided by OpenAI.

  • You need your own ChatGPT account to use it, and your use is governed by OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Your conversations are stored in your ChatGPT account, not on our servers, and we cannot see them.
  • AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgment, and treat them as guidance, not professional advice.

6. Memberships and Payments

  • Free membership: The Web is free to join. No payment details are needed, and membership does not convert into a paid subscription automatically.
  • Paid membership: certain features, programs, and services require payment. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account or by emailing us.
  • Programs and coaching: prices and payment options are shown at checkout. Payment plans must be completed as agreed, even if you stop attending, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Price changes: we may change prices for future periods. Members will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, such as Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Coach Training, Certification, and Licensing

  • Certification is awarded when all program requirements are completed, including [attendance, practice sessions, assessment]. Enrolling does not guarantee certification.
  • Certified LifeSpider Coaches may apply for a license to use the LifeSpider System™ and the title Licensed LifeSpider Coach™. The license is governed by a separate license agreement, which includes our Coaching Standards, ongoing education, and [license fee].
  • A license remains active only as long as its requirements are met. If a license ends, the coach may no longer use the LifeSpider System™ or the title.
  • Coach training does not guarantee clients or income. See section 15.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and pauses follow our [Refund & Cancellation Policy], including your right of withdrawal and our first-session guarantee.

One-on-one coaching is booked and paid directly with your coach, who handles refunds and pauses. Every Licensed LifeSpider Coach™ follows at least this standard:

  • Before your first session: full refund.
  • First-session guarantee: if the fit with your coach isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of your first session. You can switch to another Licensed LifeSpider Coach™ or receive a full refund.
  • After that: sessions are not refunded. A session missed without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance counts as used.
  • When life shifts: you can pause your sessions in agreement with your coach.
  • Individual coaches may offer more generous terms, but never less than this.

8. Your Account

Keep your login details private and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. The Web Community

The Web is built on respect. When you take part, you agree not to:

  • harass, discriminate against, or exploit other members
  • share other members’ personal stories or information outside the community
  • post content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes others’ rights
  • promote unrelated products or services without permission

Your content stays yours. By posting in The Web, you give us permission to display it within the community. We will never use your posts or personal story publicly, in marketing, or as a testimonial without your written consent.

We may remove content or end a membership if these rules are broken. If we end a paid membership for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we’ll refund the unused portion.

10. Our Intellectual Property

The LifeSpider System™, LifeCompetencies™, WeirdNavigator, and all content on this site, including texts, videos, programs, graphics, and materials, belong to LifeSpider Academy LLC or are used with permission.

You may use our content for your own personal development. You may not copy, sell, teach, or distribute it, or use it in your own commercial services, without our written permission. Licensed LifeSpider Coaches™ use the system under their separate license agreement.

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, contact us at academy@lifespider.com with details of the work and where it appears.

11. Feedback

If you send us suggestions about our site or services, we may use them to improve LifeSpider without obligation or compensation. This does not apply to your personal stories, posts, or anything shared in coaching, which remain yours.

12. Privacy

Our [Privacy Policy] explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, which services we use to process it, and your rights, including your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Emails from Us

We’ll send you emails needed to provide our services, such as receipts, access details, and important changes. We’ll only send newsletters and offers if you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on trusted third-party providers, such as Kajabi, Stripe, Zoom, and OpenAI. We’re not responsible for interruptions caused by their services, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

15. No Guaranteed Results

Every LifeSpider unfolds in its own way. We share real experiences and examples, but we can’t guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial results. If you take part in coach training, your income depends on your own skills, effort, and business decisions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

LifeSpider Academy LLC is not a party to one-on-one coaching agreements between clients and Licensed LifeSpider Coaches™, and is not responsible for the services each coach provides. If you have a concern about a coach, contact us at concerns@lifespider.com.

17. Indemnification

If you breach these terms or misuse the site, and this causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result. This does not apply where we are at fault.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify registered users by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t accept the changes, you can cancel before they apply.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes will be handled by the courts of [county], Washington.

If you are a consumer living outside the United States, including in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts.

20. General
