THE FOUNDER
Meet Birgitta Granstrom.Â
Birgitta is the founder of the LifeSpider System™, and her work spans more than three decades and four continents.
Â
She left law school with one class to go because summer was calling. Then she built one of Sweden’s largest telemarketing companies, with more than 300 employees, and later turned it into Mercagio Education, training leaders in banking and finance. Her book Understand Your Client became the call-center industry’s bible in Sweden, and led her to start a publishing company where she coached new authors. She co-founded Sweden’s first ICF-accredited coach training and served as President of ICF Nordic. Over the years, she has trained hundreds of coaches and worked with thousands of clients.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

In 2008, she left the corporate world and became a digital nomad. Her book Are You Stuck with a Duck?, written across four years of world travel and finished in India, was published in 2009.
During a 74-hour creative lock-in in San Diego, a pattern appeared on her page. Everything she had learned about human development came together in a new architecture modeled on the anatomy of a spider: the LifeSpider™. More than 50 licensed LifeSpider Coaches have since carried it into real lives. Today, with AI, the system can reach further than ever, in service of one mission: Humanize Humanity.
